Day 9 Complete! Those arms >.< Also my left calf still hurts :T
I’ve been eating TERRIBLY the past two days. Time to really focus in on my diet guys. My arms really don’t seem to be getting stronger :T I had wrist problems growing up because I did gymnastics hardcore as a kid and whacked it out. So I rarely have done push-ups. Swim team kept them pretty strong for a while.
I’ve added leg lifts in, same number as crunches.
